Equity Payment Tiers

Over 70% of non-governmental organisations in India experience severe funding deficits. Accounting for this reality, and inspired by healthcare workers practicing accessible payment tiers in the mental health space, I offer three payment tiers. I will ask no questions about which tier you choose. However, this is an invitation to engage in a radical process of trust. Be honest about the level of financial commitment you can bear! I am happy to engage in a conversation on the same if you would like :)

Note: The rates I share cover only my compensation. If a project we collaborate on requires additional resource or assets- those acquisition costs will be transparently communicated and agreed upon but will remain separate from my fees.

Solidarity tier: For small collectives or organisations with operational budgets less than INR 5 crores.

Sustain tier: For collectives or organisations with operational budgets less than INR 14 crores.

Redistribute tier: For collectives or organisations with operational budgets exceeding 14 crores.
